We host our North England Easter Conference annually and recently celebrated our 50th anniversary this past Easter at Moreton Hall School. We are growing rapidly and therefore need to change venues next year to suit our capacity. The expected capacity is around 400-450 attendees in 2025, including both adults and children. Our conference is segmented into five sub-conferences. Ideally, we require four separate conference rooms for large meetings, each equipped with nearby breakout rooms for smaller group sessions. The large rooms should accommodate between 50 to 100 people, depending on the sub-conferences. Additionally, we need a room dedicated to children aged 4-11 and a separate room for a creche catering to children aged 0-4. If possible, access to a sports hall for extra activities would be greatly appreciated. NEEC used Moreton Hall School for 2023 and 2024, we've also used Ampleforth School before the lockdown, and various other schools and venues over the past 50 years. We are looking for a school that can provide the facilities and cater for our conference. The ideal location is somewhere above and including Birmingham and below York, including York.
